Can I receive a refund?
No. All ticket sales are final. If you are not able to make it to this event, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (transfers are available up until 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 25). However, there are no refunds or exchanges for events at the zoo. The event will be held rain or shine.

Will tickets be sold at the door?
We encourage all guests to purchase tickets in advance. If the event is not sold out, a limited quantity of tickets will be available for purchase at the door on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?
Yes. Please show your ticket’s QR code on your smartphone at check-in. You may bring your printed ticket if you prefer, but this is not required. 

Where can I enter the event?
Please enter Café Brauer at 2021 N. Stockton Drive. The zoo’s parking lot, located at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Drive), will be accessible. There is no re-entry once you have entered the event.

Is my ticket tax deductible?
Funds in excess of $60 are tax-deductible.

What are the current COVID-19 policies?
Face coverings are optional. Lincoln Park Zoo follows local ordinances and all attendees must comply with any policies in place at the time of the event.
